RIO Fitness Personal Training includes:
• Initial Consultation: Discussion of your fitness goals, body fat/composition & nutritional analysis. Followed by a postural screening to assess any imbalances in the lower, core and upper body. Concluding with a brief training session based on your specific goal on how you should be training.
• Program Design: Once your fitness goals are accessed. We will design a resistance (weight) & cardiovascular training program specifically for you and your goals. We do not use “cookie cutter” programs where we train everybody the same. We here at RIO Fitness Chicago understand that no two people are the same, nor are their goals. Every program we design is specific to you, your goals, and can and will be modified/improvised based on any limitations you have during the actual sessions. All of the programs we design will get you to your goals in a fun, safe, and progressive manner.
• Nutritional Support: Nutrition is going to be 60-70% of your goal. Therefore, RIO Fitness Chicago will educate you on proper nutrition/supplementation as well as calculate your daily caloric intake specific to your goal. Every client is also given a daily food log, in order to hold all of our clients accountable to their nutrition, since it is so important.
• Sessions: Sixty minutes in length. Beginning with a warm-up, followed by corrective exercise (if needed), then the actual work out, and concluding with stretching. During the session, we will instruct you on the muscles we are working and proper form. Learning proper form will ensure that we are incorporating the muscles we are trying to target as well as preventing injury from occurring.
